Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of websites, apps, and food services operated by Acciostic Meals Pvt Ltd and its brands (including Biryani Place and BlinkDish). By using any of our services you agree to these terms — please read them carefully.

Acceptance

Accessing our website, ordering food, or creating an account on a brand app means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please stop using our services.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you’re using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that business to these terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Use accurate information and update it when it changes. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Use of services

You agree not to:

• Use our services for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our apps, our infrastructure, or other users’ experience.
• Resell our food or services without written permission.
• Abuse, threaten, or harass our staff or delivery partners.
• Submit false or duplicate orders, or attempt to manipulate ratings, vouchers, or refunds.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that pose a risk to other customers, partners, or our staff.

Orders, payments & pricing

• Menu prices, taxes, and applicable fees (delivery, packaging) are shown before you confirm. Final amounts may include statutory taxes per Indian law.
• Placing an order is an offer. We accept the order when we confirm preparation. Until confirmation, we may decline an order (for example, an item is sold out, the delivery address is outside our radius, or we suspect fraud).
• Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. By providing payment details you authorise the charge for the confirmed order.
• Refunds, where applicable, follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

BlinkDish subscriptions

BlinkDish is a meal subscription service that lets you plan meals from local restaurants and receive deliveries on a schedule. By subscribing you agree that:

• Your subscription auto-renews on the cadence you select (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) until you cancel.
• You can pause or skip days from the app; uncancelled, unpaused plans will be billed and prepared.
• Restaurants set their own menus and prep capacity. We may need to adjust or substitute items if a restaurant is unavailable on a given day; you’ll be informed in the app.
• Cancellation, pause, refund, and missed-meal handling follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, photography, copy, recipes, and software belong to Acciostic Meals Pvt Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or use them commercially without our written permission. Reviews and ratings you submit remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and use them in connection with our services.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our services running and our food safe, but we provide them “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of menu information, or that the service will meet every individual need. Where allergy or dietary information is shown, please always confirm critical allergens with us before consuming — kitchens prepare many dishes and cross-contact is possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acciostic Meals Pvt Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or subscription period that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk. On termination, the sections of these terms that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws apply otherwise. Before filing any formal claim, please reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation.
