Acciostic Meals respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your information when you use our website, our brand apps (including BlinkDish), or order from any of our outlets such as Biryani Place.

Who we are

“Acciostic”, “we”, “our” refers to Acciostic Meals Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. We operate a portfolio of food and beverage brands. This policy applies across those brands unless a brand publishes its own supplemental notice.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, delivery address, dietary preferences, payment details (handled by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers), and any messages you send us.
• Information generated by your use of our services: orders placed, items viewed, ratings, subscription preferences, delivery times, and rough device & app information (model, OS, crash logs).
• Information from partners: delivery aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato) share order data with us when you order from Biryani Place through their platform; payment processors confirm a transaction succeeded.

How we use information

• To fulfil your order or subscription and deliver your food.
• To support you when something goes wrong (refunds, cold meals, missed deliveries, account questions).
• To improve menus, plans, and operations — for example, to plan stock levels and reduce kitchen waste.
• To send you transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates) and, only if you’ve opted in, marketing updates about new menus, locations, or brands.
• To meet legal, tax, and food-safety obligations.

Sharing & third parties

We share data only with parties who help us run our business and only to the extent they need it. This includes payment processors, delivery aggregators, SMS and email providers, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tooling. We require these partners to protect your information and use it only on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, lawful request from authorities) or to protect the safety of our staff, delivery partners, customers, or the public.

Our websites use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand which pages or features people find useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

Retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, so we can satisfy tax, food-safety, and dispute-resolution obligations. • Delete your account and the personal data tied to it.
• Stop sending you marketing messages.

Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor has shared personal information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
